I'm Alex Bielinski, managing director of ABIS. I have built up a wealth of experience dealing with both commercial and residential title indemnity risks for over five years when employed by First Title Insurance Plc. Prior to that I worked for eight years in the financial sector for investment, life or pension companies in an intermediary capacity, B2B or direct to the public.

As an appointed representative of First Title Insurance Plc I will continue to provide information and assistance on their comprehensive range of policies. My aim through ABIS is to provide further support with a personal and bespoke service to each of my clients. I wish to ensure in conjunction with the experienced underwriters at First Title Insurance Plc that each policy fully meets you and your clients needs and expectations.

In this current commercial climate there is a greater need to provide solutions that can adapt to the changing environment. We appreciate in many circumstances an 'off the shelf' policy wont fit, our aim is to work with you to help create tailored solutions for even the most complex of transactions.
